Dr. Clifford Herbstman, Principal
Dr. Clifford Herbstman is a product of the University of Michigan. A native New Yorker, he moved to New Jersey as soon as he heard about it. Eventually, he founded Twisted Pair in 1980 in Palo Alto, California. Herbstman, who is not enamored with the doctor stuff, specializes in telecommunications consultations with small and medium-sized businesses and is an expert in systems design for maximum productivity and efficiency.

Frank Hanna, Principal
Frank Hanna is a proud Aggie from Texas A&M University. Mr. Hanna is a born and bred Texan who has worked in the telecommunications industry since graduation from A&M, and joined Twisted Pair in 1990. He specializes in designing telecommunications systems that emphasize customer service and employee productivity and is an expert in industry trend analysis.
